So should you buy the fbf Fat Burning Furnace upgrade? Also known as Fat Burning Furnace Ultimate. To be honest this totally depends. You can do fine and get good results on the normal basic guide but in my opinion the upgrade is a good choice because it includes videos and lots more helpful information.

I started off at first with the basic version and was getting along fine. The only thing I didn’t like was trying to follow a workout routine by looking at pictures. It’s just not practical so I decided to pay that little bit extra to get the Ultimate version upgrade and found it so much easier to follow. Watching the videos and tutorials really helped me and from looking around it seems to be helping other people a lot too. I think the upgrade is only an extra $30 or so, I can’t remember but it’s definitely worth it if you’re serious about the program.

To be honest it would be nice if everything was packed into one package for the lower price but I don’t mind paying a little extra for a better version of the course. The Fat Burning Furnace has worked really well for me and I’ve los weight so it’s all good.

In other news I went swimming this week at the pool and had no problems about people watching me. In the past I would never go swimming because when I was younger I got bullied and called a whale and stuff by other kids at school so for me to go swimming this week was a huge step for me! I owe it all to the Fat Burning Furnace because since losing weight on this program my confidence has gone up a lot and I actually felt comfortable going swimming because although I’m not skinny I’m not really fat anymore.

Confidence and being happy with myself is one of the best things that the fbf Fat Burning Furnace program has given me. So if you’re serious about this program then I recommend you get the Ultimate version because it’s a lot easier to follow.
